I wish I had one 10 years ago! I take medication that makes me retain water and using this body shaper for 1 afternoon of working outdoors I lost 3 lbs of water weight.
I really had a sweat going and this just made me feel like I was getting a workout....also passed as a back brace. I certainly did not feel as sexy in mine as the model portrayed in hers...but I can dream right? The reason I didn't give it a 5 star was its kinda hard to get into. Takes practice. I'm thinking of putting a zipper in the middle section. I've washed it by hand several times now and no problems with the stitches. Very well made.
I'm 5'7", 160 lbs and ordered a XL if that helps. I figure when I start loosing the lbs I can take it up slightly with the zipper I'm putting in as mentioned.

2nd Update: Gonna make you sweat! Despite being a little big still it sure as hell makes me sweat and I think my tummy has shrunk a bit. I probably wear it for 8-10 hours a couple days a week. Been wearing it for about 2 weeks. I sweat like crazy just sitting at my desk working, by 10 am the waist band of my underwear and the back of my bra are soaked in sweat! FYI, I'm 5'4" and 175 lbs. I wear a size 14 pants and XL shirts. I just measured today, tightly, and my waist is 36" sucked in. When you measure, suck it I and pull the tape tight! Then maybe still order a size down. I think I'm going to try the medium.
UPDATE - STILL NOT IMPRESSED: I returned the 2XLand got the XL. It's a little better. I'm wondering if I should try one more size down because I hooked this one on the fourth row and it doesn't feel like its doing much for my tummy. It does provide some back support and is helping my posture a little bit. It is not that well hidden under clothes. In fact because it has the T style back the shoulder/vest area can be seen if your wearing a wide neck top. IDK if i would recommend it for everyday wear.
NOT IMPRESSED - I think this item has alot of potential. I followed the size guide included with the pics and ordered a 2x as my waist measured around 39". I did not measure tight as normally you want to leave some room. When I tried it on it was a a little snug but no more than a tight cami. I was able to pull it over my head and down over my stomach with out much struggle. Once on I realized I would be able to connect the fourth row of hooks and when I did this it didn't feel like it was doing much of anything for me. I think if your able to wear it on the tightest setting right away, what's the point? I'm willing to try the next size down, I will update my review when I do.

Fits well, feels comfortable. I'm pretty big in the middle and the 3x for me fit well. The first time I put it on it was a bit tight but it stretched. Now I'm wondering if I should have gotten the 2x. I've warn it a week and can already be on the last set of rungs. I have no trouble doing daily activities in it. It is warm which I like right now. May make me too hot in the summer. We will find out soon 😆. I a surprised how comfortable it is.
