I had purchased some beautiful strappy open-toed heels for my wedding, and then, 3 days before the big day, a freak winter snow storm hit our area, and I needed to find waterproof boots WITH HEELS that I could wear with my wedding dress in the snow. Eek! Well, I found 'em. These were perfect for the occasion, and they look so cute with jeans and overalls too.
