UPDATE - Mantra contacted me after posting this review and after some troubleshooting I want to change my review.
Overall I am quite satisfied with the product. The inflation on the ball is unexpected but it does get to a very firm 75cm. I want to emphasize very firm.
The pump works to get it to the desired size be very patient because it does sound like a kazoo if you go to fast or aren't steady with it. Give it some time to acclimate as well.
Customer service is great so if you have any issues they should take care of it.

INITIAL: Overall decent product, the hand resistance bands could be better designed there is a piece of it that sticks out because it doesn't fit at the joint. The biggest issue is that there is no way the 75cm ball can be inflated to that size, 64 is as far as I dare and it feels like it is about to burst.
