These are great for cooling a hot spot or bringing your temp down after a workout. They don't stay cold forever as you'd expect from the size, but they are soft, and just what I was looking for.

These ice packs were perfect to use on my injection sites. However, about 1 year later only 2 of the 10 still freeze nicely. The others stay gel like and do not hold cold very long. For the price, I would still recommend.

The small gel ice packs are easy to use. You stick them in the freezer and in about an hour it come out very cold. As shown in the picture it comes with a small pouch to put one or even two inside so the ice pack doesnt irritate your skin so its comfortable to use. Even with out the pouch there is a material side that you can use that works perfectly fine.
I traveled to Columbia over summer break where its always humid and hot. I needed something to help keep cool but also be travel sized and pass through TSA. These are perfect size to travel with. I just stuck them in my cosmetic bag and nothing was said during the search.
I would recommend these ice packs to anyone needing a quick cool down. The reason I gave this four stars and not 5 was that the coolness didnt last as long as I would have wanted it to. I understand its small and it was above the 90s but I did expect it to stay cold a bit longer. It lasted about 3-5 min and I went back in to trade for another one and so on. So im glad I got the 4 pack.

I'm sure people have many different uses for these small round soft gel ice packs, but for me, it helps with my post breast cancer surgery neurological pain. Just pop one of these into my sports bra, cloth side to my skin, and it just fits so comfortably, I love them!
