I first heard of these when I wanted a more natural energy drink . When I was in Hawaii I found these at a Whole Foods store and they were really good and I did feel the energizing affects of the natural ingredients . They taste a bit different than what ur used to tasting and the taste definitely grew on me when I realized how good I felt after having one . Deff recommend !
