Do not.. I repeat do not buy this item.It looks nice from the outside but does not last long.After 2 mos. the lights burned out and 5 months the color had faded on the top part of the fountain so now it is a dull grey where the water flows out of the basin part. I contacted the merchant who basically said "Sorry about that there is only a 30 day warranty on this item" I contacted Amazon customer service and they said the same thing . I would have given 0 stars if that was an choice..

I have had this fountain since May 8, 2017. Today is Sept. 14, 2017. I have really enjoyed this fountain and have had it on my covered back porch on top of a small table, so no direct exposure to the sun. The only problem is now it is LEAKING WATER! I can't keep it filled because the water leaks out, exposing the pump which could burn up if left on. Any suggestions? I paid WAY too much for this item to give up the ghost after only 4 months of use!!

I chose this fountain after prior fountains were enjoyed so much by birds that I had to clean them every other day. This enclosed design works perfectly - it's been running constantly outside among landscaping for about a month with very little water loss. It's probably time to totally replace the water as small debris gets sucked into the pump - but this is totally reasonable. The lit bubbler gives the water the appearance of a flame at night. A solid purchase.
