Very nice quality, doesn't seem flimsy. The berry color adds a nice pop to the room.

It's not too often that I purchase replacement lampshades. In fact I believe this was my first. When my housekeeper threatened to quit if I didn't replace the shade as it had fallen to pieces and she was picking up pieces on each visit. I started my research. The thing that caught my eye with the shade was the amount of colors it's available in. It's like walking into a Baskins Robins with all their 31 flavors. I had a particular color in mind so it was easy as it just popped out. The difficult part was figuring out the size shade to purchase. The old shade wasn't too helpful as it actually fell apart when I lifted it. I was able to use the frame to get a general idea and took a chance on the size I purchased. The package arrived so I knew my housekeeper would be happy. I'm wheelchair bound due to a spinal condition and Parkinson's so I have a sign posted on the door instructing the delivery personal to ring my bell twice and leave the package. I have a small table where packages can be set on. The delivery companies have been great. If the package needs a signature they know to leave a signature slip which I sign and tape it to the door. I live in an apartment complex where the majority of residents are handicapped or elderly so there are security cameras everywhere plus it's a gated community so no porch pirates have been a problem. The housekeeper as expected gave me a hug and immediately hung the shade. You know? A shade can really make a room look completely different. The first time I wheeled in the room reminded me of a few expensive hotel rooms I've been in. The blue shade was selected as my bedspread and drapes are blue. Even my sheets are either shades of solid blue or some blue patterns. I'm a blue fanatic. So the shade was a tad smaller than what would have been perfect but it works. It wasn't worth bothering sending it back. For the next few days I really enjoyed going in the room as it looked different. I guess the feeling is similar to getting use to a new hair style. There are so many people that come to my house. Physical therapists, home health aides, my housekeeper, a Nurse Practitioner for vitamin and pain shots and all have commented on how nice my bedroom looks. Just because of a new shade. The price was right. I couldn't or wouldn't pay the amount of some of the other shades I looked at. There is just something about the shade. Bottom line it works and doesn't cost a small fortune.

Cute little lampshade. Came wrapped in plastic in perfect condition. Good quality. Looks great on my little elephant lamp. May add tassels to jazz it up. All in all, a nice product.
