I am working on breaking what I consider to be a poor habit regarding energy drinks. Our office only supplies coffee which I do not care for, so I got the Blue Lady tea from Zest Tea. I appreciate the caffeine content and definitely feel the effects, but it does not seem to give me the jitters I get with coffee. I tend to feel a sort of calm focus from the caffeine which is great. Some thoughts on the tea itself:

- Smell: The tea smells amazing...opening the bag is a real treat.
- Look: The tea is high quality. The partial pieces of tea leaves are visible when you start steeping and they uncurl. It is easy to see the whole torn pieces of tea that makes up the blend. It's really a pretty, high quality looking tea.
- Taste: Following the directions and steeping for the recommended time made a tea that was light and floral and not bitter. Adding a little bit of sweetener really brings out the fruit and floral aspects of the tea.

Overall, I really enjoy this tea and will be purchasing more of it, and potentially other blends, from Zest Tea in the future.

I love to add some honey, a dehydrated orange slice and a dash of cinnamon when I drink it hot. If I drink it cold I add some pineapple juice or lemonade (sometimes mixed) along with ice and orange slices. It is perfect tea for all weather! I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to try a new tea. I must warn you, you may get stuck for awhile like I have! I have been stuck on this tea for a few months and having a difficult time even wanting to drink anything else. I hate it when that happens because I love trying new teas, but this one is just so good!

If pink Starbucks was a tea this would be it! The green tea is not bitter at all and is actually super smooth. It smells divine and is such a high quality tea and definitely worth the price! I wasn't much of a tea person but this tea has definitely made me one! Since starting keto I haven't been enjoying my morning coffee Bc of all of the keto restrictions so I was looking for a tea that emulated my nespresso coffee caffeine intake and this feels like it actually has more caffeine than the espresso that I'm used to which is a bonus! Also, to the person that posted their tea saying it was "molded" that's just the added natural flavoring and tea extract for the extra caffeine- definitely not mold LOL

I'm obsessed with this tea! I also purchased the Earl Grey, and that was great too..... but Blue Lady is amazing. Blue Lady is almost like a Earl Grey, but a bit more dramatic. The citrus flavors mix beautifully with the black tea and other herbs. I add a little bit of milk and stevia to it and it's the best flavor a girl can ask for. The caffeine in this tea is just enough where it doesn't provoke anxiety (which I can get if I drink too much coffee). L-theanine is a great addition as it can increase focus, energize and also be calming. The price is a little high, but you have to pay for the good stuff. It's definitely worth it, so don't hesitate and buy this tea.
Update - Ordering some more Blue lady. I have tried the apple cinnamon, the Marsala chai, and the earl gray. They are all superb, but blue lady is my favorite. The bag of tea lasts awhile, so it's worth the price. The apple and chai are very similar with the apple.... tasting like an apple chai. I have yet to try the two other flavors. I tend to enjoy tea that I can add some milk to for my mornings. It's a great coffee replacement, and in some cases a meal replacement. This is a great brand and I'm hooked!

Years ago in high school, I found myself surrounded by Starbucks lovers and Keurig owners, flaunting their caffeinated beverages up and down the halls. I personally don't like the taste of coffee, but I was quite intrigued by the whole "wakes-you-up" thing. So I searched Amazon for caffeine tea and the rest is history.

Tea, like coffee, is an acquired taste for most. This tea in particular is flowery and a tad bitter, but by no means is it not enjoyable. When I first started drinking it, I let the bag steep until I was done drinking. STRONG. But these days I just let it steep for 5 minutes which certainly gets the job done taste-wise.

But we're all here for the caffeine, right? Right. This stuff certainly has enough in it to save my mornings, getting me alert and ready to work. What I have never noticed in the 6+ years I've been drinking it is any sort of crash or jitter. It truly feels like you're just enjoying any other tea that just happens to wake you up.

My only small gripe has always been the price. At the end of the day, this is a premium quality tea with extra caffeine in it. It's something I can get behind, but for others on a tighter budget (like high school me), it might be something you get yourself every once-in-a-while.
