I am in love with this Vanity!! Definitely would recommend it to anyone and everyone! It's perfect. My only small complaint is he drawers are a little small and don't pull out all the way. I had seen on here other people used LED lights from IKEA or amazon but I wanted the vanity mirror look so I got bathroom vanity mirrors and installed them and I love it!! Gives you so much more natural light! The link on how to install them is below and for both everything with the lights it cost about $50 so for me not bad at all.

After some extensive internet exploring, I felt that this vanity was the best choice for my semi-DIY project. I received the item within 2 days (Very heavy box but I willed it to my apartment lol). I looked at many of the ideas that other reviewers chose for their vanities and used a combination of them. I switched out the drawer knobs for purple roses (Use the original screws not the ones that come with the knobs - too long), lined the drawers with purple floral contact paper, bought a plexiglass top for the counter (42 x 17), used leftover contact paper to just lay under the plexiglass top (But later I will probably have photos underneath there for a more personal touch), and of course I used the IKEA Dioder light set for the mirror and then just used duct tape to secure the on/off switch right under the center drawer for easy access. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. The quality isn't excellent but certainly great. I would recommend this vanity to my friends as it has become a labor of love and I am very happy with my finished product.

I absolutely love this vanity!!! I had been on the fence about getting myself a vanity, but once I searched I found this one & decided to buy w/out reading the comments. This vanity is sturdy and easy to put together. I was worried about the stool because I'm a big girl, but the stool supports me just fine. I will get a chair so I can have back support.
I prefer to sit and put on my makeup and normally that means the dining room table is cluttered.
I put a glass top on the vanity to help keep it clean. The glass was from an old table that I threw out yrs ago but kept the glass.
I also purchased some LED lights right here on Amazon for $7 and the work fine. The lining for the drawers were also purchased here on amazon. It's a rhinestone roll and it added just the right touch to line the drawers and acrylic trays. This was definitely what I was looking for!

Based on other reviews, I was skeptical about ordering the vanity because I did not want it to be damaged during delivery. But, the vanity was in perfect condition and was very simply to assemble. I took photos of my vanity after it was set up. I added a thick glass top that cost only $38,00 today from a local glass company here in town. I took the advice of others who purchased this vanity and ordered the Ikea led lights, but I haven't received them yet. I also ordered the makeup organizer; not yet delivered, and ordered new knobs. There is nothing wrong with the ones that it came with, because it matches everything in my bathroom. I love the size vanity and the mirror. It's perfect for an adult or a teenager.

The overall material of the vanity itself seems to be made of some sort of laminated wood, but the vanity table top was already assembled in the box. The legs on the vanity and stool, seem to be solid wood. You only need to attach the legs and mirror. The stool takes more time to assemble, because of the tiny tool that they provide you with to attach he legs. But it the vanity and stool are both strong. I may replace the stool one day, but I will have to see how it holds up.

My husband bought this for me as a surprise. So beautiful. It was well packaged and arrived with no damage. I recovered the seat in a chevron pattern, lined the draws and added a glass top. I also bought the light led strips another reviewer mentioned from ikea (super cheap 20 bucks). I love this so much.The seat is sturdy.Looks very expensive for a very fair price. Solid wood very cool! Some of the other reviewers went over height and stuff like that, so I won't go through that. I can say I have plenty of space in my draws for my make up pallets, I found it to be very roomy but some other woman may still need more storage. The great thing is every thing you need for your day to day make-up routine will fit. Since the mirror is about 19 inches back I got this cool silver mirror at ulta to be able to see close up when applying eyeliner. Anyway I'm a happy girl!
