Terrible bag. Had to return it. It rained from the airport to the car and the bag got stained from the rain??? Very weird! I expect my luggage to hold up to the elements....

Love this bag!!!! Lightweight but sturdy and quality materials. Love the tassels, love the unique color (easy to spot). Love the easy rolling, can roll down plane aisle sideways ahead of you. Fits in overhead bin well. Has good number of pockets. By packing judiciously, I can get everything I need for 3 weeks in this bag (excluding snacks, reading material, and some meds that I put in an underseat carryon). Only complaint: there is no hand-hold on the underside by the wheels for lifting or laying down the bag. (Are you listening, Steve Madden?)

I purchased to use as a carry-on, and this would have been too big. The measurements for this are off with wheels and handles included. It's is approx. 24" x 15" x 11" including wheels and handles, which is over by most airline requirements. Also, remember, you are sharing the cabin space with others who will be bringing carry-ons, as well. If you make it through check-in, then you likely won't make it at the gate. There was plenty of room for a week's worth of items and is made very well. That said, if you don't mind that possibility of having to check this bag, then go for it.

Excellent customer service from the seller. I had a wheel break several months after owning the luggage (past the return period) and they helped me with the manufacturer's warranty claim process. They made it very easy. I would recommend buying this luggage but go easy on the wheels.
