Poor instructions. The product itself isn't bad, once you figure out how to set it up and use it. You absolutely need to watch a YouTube video to figure this thing out though. The official one is...

One of the mistakes I made before seeing a how-to video was that I put some of the red things on backwards (no clear instructions in the box) which makes it very difficult to hook and unhook the black rubber straps, and I can't get the black rubber stoppers at the end of the 2 poles off to flip them around! So make sure they are facing getting right way before putting the end caps on. Also, the video shows the right way to thread the straps through the buckles, this way super helpful. One thing I like about the second video is how he counts it lower on the vehicle so the lisence plate and rear window are not obstructed, this way you can even use your rear windshield wipers and open the hatchback if needed.

Good product, didn't fit my Jeep cherokee

Does NOT fit Jeep Cherokee Latitude. The clips for the bikes are small, was not able to fit my kids bikes or my mountain bike. Item seems of good quality, packaging arrived without any issues, easy to install, fast delivery.
