Orthopedic is Misleading

I mostly like the long, narrow shape of the (Medium) dog bed. My miniature dachshund doesn't begin to take up the space in it, she could share with two more friends her same size. My Pomeranian with two Chihuahuas fit together in it great. I was very disappointed in the removable pillow in the bed. I purchased this dog bed after purchasing a different style Orthopedic Joy Elf dog bed, because the other was truly orthopedic, so well made & easy to wash. Just a great bed. I mistakenly thought this one would be equally great, but with plenty of length for my doxie. The only thing I find to be orthopedic about this bed is the nice bolster. My dog doesn't sleep on the bolster. The bottom insert, the actual bed, has nothing orthopedic about it. It is very skimpy to say the least. Just as if you threw a little baby blanket on the floor. My dogs like the bed, but calling this bed orthopedic is misleading. There is No Orthopedic support in the bed.

Shrek is an 18# Chiweenie, which is a Chihuahua/Dachshund mix. He absolutely loves his new bed. The bed comes rolled up in a vacuum compressed package. The bumpers around the bed is very fluffy and comfortable. The only thing i think could be improved, is the removable pillow. It could be more fuller. The bed came with the brown and white buoy toy and and a bonus red heart toy.
This bed is definitely not for dogs that like to chew

I don't often write product reviews, but I thought this company deserved one. Let me explain.
First: quality. This bed is definitely not for dogs that like to chew. Our 9 month old corgi loves it, but his friend - a much larger golden retriever - destroyed the pillow in minutes. It also took our dog a day or two to warm up to it (wasn't quite sure what to make of a boat bed!) but now he loves to pass out in it.
Second: customer service. After the pillow was destroyed, we wrote to Joyelf to see if there was any possibility we could get a replacement. Instead of just sending the pillow, they sent a whole new bed! This was really lucky because right after we wrote to Joyelf requesting a new pillow, our corgi somehow got hold of the zipper and destroyed the bed (guess this is easier when there's no pillow in the way).
tldr: 4/5 stars because not the most durable bed, but good for the price and the customer service is excellent.

This bed is made very durable. Love the design and color. The bonus is you can unzip and remove stuffie which is sealed in its own case. I haven't had to wash but I'm sure it washes wel.. the inserts/stuffing has a lot of fluff so you may need to work at zipping up but well worth it makes the sides very sturdy. I would recommend this bed to anyone wanting a quality bed. It fits my little crate up but that's perfect as I have a water dish that can attach above the bolster highth.

Cutest bed ever!!! Love it, and goldendoodle pup loves it!!! Highly recommend. Had to wash it once and it washed great - just lay flat to dry. He tries to unzip it sometimes, but it's like a game to him and if he does manage to get it down a little, just zip it back up and he entertains himself more. Got this when he was 8 weeks old about 8lbs, now he's just over 3 months 18lbs and still fits in it well and loves it.
