Looks perfect but no success

I am very disappointed with my replacement remote for my ceiling fan/ light. I have tried all the possible combinations and no success with the remote. A waste of time.

Worked perfect for replacing my old remote and looks identical to the old one.

As you can see below this looks pretty much identical to the original remote. I had the 4 dipswitches set the same on both remotes and tested the battery. The new remote simply does not work with the fan.
The original remote was just purchased with a Hampton Bat Campbell 52. We wanted a remote for both sides of the bed. We cannot find this remote anywhere online and this one is not it unfortunately.
