Terrible. Very cheap and does not work well

very cheap. Cheap screws to hang it. Does not hold anything more than a pound. Do not believe the pictures you see. I hung a dry mop on it and it fell through. Very light things are all that can really be hung and it is narrow so it is difficult or impossible to hang anything wide like a dry mop. Really even for the price this is not worth it.

I installed this in drywall with the included drywall mounts. Currently its holding 2 brooms and a swiffer and I have no issues with the product or the brooms coming off. Very good design in that the brooms do not slip once placed, but at the same time its very easy to remove the brooms. Product did come with two holders... Plan on using the other one in the garage to hold rakes and shovels.
hook broke immediately without weight on it and does not hold brooms very securely.

I have only mounted 1 of the 2, however when mounting you will need a long bit for your drill or use a screwdriver as the holes for the screws are deep and skinny.
In addition, when trying to flip open one of the hooks on the one that I did mount, the hook fell right off the main piece due to poor molding tolerance. Also, this unit does not grip some of the poles very well and you need to push on the grippy ball thingy to help it get a hold of it.
While it works for keeping my brooms off the floor, I wish they were better quality. I will have to consider whether to mount the second one or not based on how this first one holds up over a little time. So far, not great but it kinda works.

Absolutely don't hold items in right picked position! All items are sliding down and stacked at handle parts and because of this there is no space for holding big items (mops or brooms) next to each other. I see now so many this brand holders in Goodwill. Looks like a lot people have some problems.

The fact that this product has more than one star is absolutely mind boggling. If I could give it 0, I would. It is atrocious. It may be the worst product I have ever ordered from Amazon. In fact, Amazon should be embarrassed it even carries this product. I installed this in my garage to hold brooms, mops, a squeegee, etc, and it flat out does not hold anything. Everything falls off because the "mechanism" (if you can even call it that) was so poorly and cheaply designed. Do not buy this. You will just waste your time like I did installing it only to be disappointed.
