These are the perfect size to ice a small area. I use them for tendonitis, and hold them in place with the band from my arm brace. Very convenient. They are small, so the chill doesn't last long; but there's always another on-call in the freezer.

Product works great just like they advertise! Only complaint is that they give you the option to register the packs for an extended waranty and coupon code, but everytime I tried to enter in my email (tried all 3 emails and even my husbands) and it says I was already registered (I have never even visited their sight) and will not let me register so apparently I am not eligible. Just thought it was weird

I love these. I just got them yesterday and threw a couple in the freezer to try them out. I'm glad I did because I woke up with a sinus headache. I grabbed a couple and put them over my eyes and laid down for a bit. They are the perfect size and my headache went away fast. They seem to be very good quality so I hope I don't need to buy them again any time soon, but if I do I will definitely buy these again.
