When they said mini, they meant mini! This is very small, more for decoration than an actual bird bath. It is very well built and I like it and will keep it. I have a plant hanging off the end. I wonder if I could buy just a bigger bowl? Very rustic, nice looking, heavy duty. Will get even prettier with age I'm sure.

This is a heavy product, and it doesn't appear to be made of actual cast iron. I expect pot metal, because it is very fragile. Whatever you do, don't drop this, it *will* break. The end where the hanger for the bird feeder goes will break off.
