the lights have started blinking even when the switch is off. I am afraid of them catching fire. I definetly would no recommend buying them. I want to get my money back.

They are called willow branches, but the lights are small, more like a "rice" light. I have a set of pussy willow lights, which are considerably larger than these. My pussy willow lights took about two years before certain stems would no longer light, so I guess it's just something that happens with small lights that are used every evening. These are holding up so far--I'll see if they last as long as my pussy willow lights.
