I didn't want to believe the reviews on these shelves about missing parts and incorrect parts. I bought a 36" one and it was perfect. I was thinking they have to have corrected any issue by now! I got my shelf and opened the box, sure enough!!!!! Ugg parts are missing?!? Say it isn't so! I'm missing one coupler and one small pipe extension. I managed to figure out a way to bypass the last coupler, but it had to be on the bottoms shelf at eye level. Pretty disappointed in this product, I won't be buying from them again.

I was looking forward to this product. When I opened up the package it looked good however when I tried to assemble it one long pipe was longer than the rest causing it to be impossible to put together and keep the shelves level and secure. Of that wasnt the case I would have loved it. But the company should have looked at the length of the pipes to ensure the size was exact. Basically this would be a 5 star if it werent for that. Update, the seller asked me to send him a picture... Not that that would matter but I did 12 hours ago and I have not heard one word. It takes 2 seconds to look at a picture. You already have 1 star and bad comments. I would like an answer by tomorrow about getting me the correct pipe.

Incorrect/wrong sized parts prevented me from mounting to the wall. See photo below. DO NOT BUY!
