Poor Quality

The first one I ordered did not work and the second one only worked for 6 months. I would like a refund, but not see that option. Please advise me what my options are?

I was very excited about this when i bought it. The picture quality was nice enough. But after a few months, it started not being able to pick up signal and can no longer hold a charge. So now, after 6 months of purchase, I have to keep it plugged in if I want to use it. For the money I paid, I was expecting for it to last longer. Unfortunately, the company doesn't even have warranty.
Not reliable, not user friendly

I only started this for 2 weeks although I purchased it 2 month ago. I read reviews about battery not lasting long so I expected that. What I didnt expect is for batter to die in under 1 hr, so was considering buying an additional charger for each floor. But after two weeks of use the battery no longer charges and can use the monitor only while charging. Well that doesn't work, and luckily I can still return in. I'm happy to invest a little more to get a more reliable system. Overall I didnt like how it works, doesnt make sense, my mom barely got a grasp on how to work the buttons, but I figured its a cheap system and we will stick with it.... until we found that we cannot charge the monitor anymore.

There aren't many quality dual camera monitors out there, but I do absolutely love this one! I can watch both my kids from one monitor without having to buy two different monitors and soon to be three kids! I like that you can add up to 4 cameras to this monitor in order to watch them from different rooms which will help once our third baby arrives. It has an 8 second rotation through each camera or you can select which camera to view at any point in time and leave it on that if you wish. I like that it does not have to stay plugged in, you can take the monitor with you anywhere in the house as it has a pretty good battery life so far. Very impressed and highly recommend.
