Package came with Chinese only on the instructions and the box. Useless if you can't figure out the proper way to use it. There is a tube and cap at the top of the bag so when do I open or close it? Does it work when lying down? Why is Amazon selling a product that only has instructions written in Mandarin.

I am a nurse. I bought this device for my Brother-in-law who was not taking his water pills due to the fact that they caused him to be incontinent. This device was a God-send! His quality of life has improved so much! It workes perfectly as he sits in his wheelchair and also when he is able to use his walker, is fairly easy to apply and is not uncomfortable. The only downside is as the previous reviewer said, the strap is much too short! This was easily remedied by adding an extension strap made of elastic and Velcro.
I would recommend this device to anyone!
