Great addition to Water Aerobics class

I got these for my ladies water aerobics class. They had never used bands before and i looked for an inexpensive way to provide this experience. They loved this added skill. I looked on you-tube to find many different exercises to incorporate in to our class. I got the yellow bands because they are the least resistant and my students are senior citizens. I hope the clorine water doesnt compromise their composition. I will be rinsing them after use!

I wanted bands that wouldn't roll, bunch up, or pinch me. These are nice and wide! They stay flat over my workout leggings and don't budge! I am very happy I bought these! These are fantastic. I would buy them again. I saw Crossfitters and Olympic lifters using this Synergee brand for squat warm ups and they used them when squatting heavy. I used these to warm. They are great for warm ups of hip raises, glute bridges, walking later squats, gluten kickbacks, and leg lateral raises. My muscles lit up! It definitely woke them up before my heavy lifting sessions. For beginners or intermediate athletes these bands alone may be enough of a workout. They're awesome!

Cannot say enough great things about these bands. We have a busy gym 100 plus members 8 classes per day and not one band has broken since we bought them . They're tough, durable and wear well our bands take so much abuse - heat in Florida , concrete floors and gravel parking lots and they last through all this abuse . Absolutely will be buying more and other Synergee products and ironically our gym is called Synergy Fitness Boca 😉omg nearly forgot the price is hands down unbeatable.

I am a group exercise instructor and am always looking for new tools to make class more challenging for the participants. The blue Synergee resistance loop is challenging for my students as it offers a good amount of resistance. When these loops are added to an exercise, for instance leg lifts, the resistance really steps up the workout and the benefit. The loops are a good quality, heavy and sturdy, so I don't have to worry about them breaking while in use. These loops are very reasonably priced and are an excellent quality.

When I originally received this order, the pack was opened and there were only 4 bands instead of 10 in the pack. It was very disappointing as I had a class I was instructing that Friday and I had to change my program as I did not have enough bands. Fortunately Amazon took care of me and issued a refund so I was able to reorder it. Initially, I had received a 25% discount as I bought a couple items from Synergee, so the refund was based on the discounted amount. While I did lose the 25% difference, Amazon let me keep the incomplete pack.
As far as the product itself goes, I am very pleased with them. The Synergee bands are approximately 2 inches longer (extra 4 inches circumference) than my other bands. I work with several bands in my classes and have had thicker clients struggle with my original band assortment. The Synergee bands being longer, allow individuals with thicker limbs to participate much better and to receive a greater resistance than having to opt for a lighter resistance in the smaller band option. For smaller individuals the Synergee band does give extra play room but nonetheless still offers a great resistance and workout. I particularly recommend this product for people with larger body circumference. Due to the diverse body types in my classes, the Synergee band has been an excellent addition to my assortment and has proven to be of immense value for many clients.
