1500 watts? pure sine wave? kinda doubt it

I purchased this 1500 watt, 3000w surge machine less than a year ago to use in my van that I transport a CP child in. The requirements were that it had to have pure sine waves to keep an O2 concentrator running that pulls about 250 watts max intermittently (between pulsations), and enough power to run a standard stationary medical suction pump that pulls a maximum of 100 watts when on and is off all the rest of the time. It ran the concentrator perfectly the first 5 or six trips to doctors offices, but the pump would sometimes not come on. Now neither of them will. Plugged in the home, they have no problems. Bottom line... It does not put out 1500 watts and apparently the sine waves are not pure enough to keep the concentrator on... Too bad I didn't purchase a warranty... just wasted my money and it was not cheap!
Output shut down after 1 week of very light usage

i bought this to replace another pure sine inverter that had output with too much interference and was screwing up my computer and phone while charging. This inverter is actually perfect with no interference and worked for a week until it mysteriously stopped its output and cause my refrigerator to thaw. Never had a load more than 300watts with an average load of 20 watts. I returned it after speaking to Windy nation who were very responsive and seem like a good company. I'd order another if I wasn't a bit wary at this point.

Unit was showing low output voltage when under large load. I emailed WindyNation of the situation and was given good advice that solve the problem. I was using #4 power cable to power the inverter and WindyNation informed to use #2 power cable. Inverter working very good now. Great service from WindyNation.
