Wish it didn't have digestive enzymes in it and included a higher dose of potassium, calcium, and magnesium. Most digestive enzymes are cultured in fungi (including this product) which produces toxins. I don't believe that all of the fungi or toxins are filtered out during processing. Please be aware as this could lead to an infection or other health issues in both men and women. If you want to help your body create its own digestive enzymes take bitters and eat mindfully. I currently take Sunwarrior Liquid Vitamin & Mineral Rush or TrueMulti Whole Food Multivitamin and Naturelo Bone Strength. All 3 are vegan, whole food based vitamins, and free of gluten, dairy, and soy.

I get so sick when taking "standard" vitamins that I decided to try wholefood ones. These are great! They have great forms of the vitamins that work better with the body. I have to take each of the 4 capsules individually though (trying to take more than one at a time upsets my gut). The only downside is the cost. It took me a while to convince myself that buying another bottle was a good idea. They work so great with my body I just ended up giving up on the other brands.

For someone who has a cast iron stomach I was very disappointed that these make me extremely nauseous for several hours after I take them, even at half dosage. I even got the iron-free ones, and made sure to take them with food.
