The people who write the negative reviews obviously don't have a clue what this is, Ceylon cinnamon is not your grocery store type cinnamon which is Cassia. This cinnamon has health uses that are numerous, I use it for blood sugar control and anytime I have stomach issues like mild food poisoning.
With that said this Ceylon is the highest quality I have purchased to date! And I've bought a lot! It's fresh with a 2 year expiration date, very aromatic and tastes great, its exactly what the seller says it is and what I expect from Ceylon cinnamon. Do your own research and you will discover for yourself how fabulous Ceylon cinnamon is.

This exceeded my expectations. Mild scent when I opened it. Put approx. 1 tsp in a large cup of coffee with some cream and frothed them (no sweetener). All I can say is, it was amazing. Tastes almost chocolate/caramely to me. Glad I took the chance. I'll definitely buy this again!
