This mix tasted pretty good to me. I used it in pepper gravy because it was the only flour I had at that moment for myself and my super picky husband didn't seem to mind. Other gluten free flours you can buy in a box have had a more noticeable taste on pepper gravy than this did. I will buy it again. I think it also makes the best drop biscuits.
