First, I just want to say that I hate doing bad reviews on products. I really do, but considering the problems I've had this is going to have to be one. Not only are the oil caps in extremely inconvenient places, but it only started once. Yes the oil is full and yes fuel is full, yes I've consulted the manual.Furthermore, the gear selector doesn't actually line up with the indicators properly. It is also very jumpy, taking a lot of force to move from one selection to the other, and once it does move it skips. The handle operations sticker that is up on the operating end came upside down. I know that's aesthetic, but it shows a lack of care from the factory, which also may explain why the gear/drive indicators not lining up properly. The small 4x15ish first dig I got done on where I want the bed to be before it quit on me looks to be decent, but due to it refusing to start again, I can't give this a good review. Also every time I pull on the pull start it is making a screeching sound. Not sure what is wrong, and I'm hoping I just got a bad one.Like I said before, for what little I was able to do with it it seems to work well. If it would actually start again I'm sure I'd be happy with it, but that's not the case. I'm willing to work past the sticker being wrong and figuring out where the drive/mode/gear selector is, but the fact that it won't start up again and the squealing now as I try to start it.

Nice inexpensive tiller with the features of a top of the line model for the average homeowner I would think it would last a lifetime

Can't say enough good things about this tiller. Bought it for first year garden. In reverse it was easy to turn the soil over and it went 6 inchs deep. In forward it dresses the soil to perfection. It is so easy to use my 70 year old wife controls it with one hand. She loves it and uses it every chance she gets. I have only been able to use it once. Delivery was a breeze and the delivery men were very nice and professional. If you want a tiller buy this one.
