It faded badly!!! I even sprayed it with a protectant.
Just had some relatively strong winds and held up perfect. Much better solution than umbrellas

Beware of the rain if you get this canopy

The canopy itself is beautiful, but there is a big issue that needs to be known before you buy, because if not you are wasting your money. This canopy will need to be taken down anytime there is rain, if not the rain will just build up in the back and the metal beam will bend and break. This is because you cannot pull the fabric so there is a tight fit and the water will just roll off. it is held to the frame by Velcro . straps so there will be a build up of water. The set up of the canopy takes a couple of hours, so if you are ok with taking it down and then back up every time it rains get it. If not, this will just break during your first heavy rain as it did for us.
Add a room for $150.

Definitely harder to figure out set up then I thought. But, worth it once it's done. We did buy the weight bags mentioned in another review. We bought sand kitty litter (not clay) and poured into weight bags. Perfect. A 50 lb bag was $10.00 and that is all they will hold.
This gazebo gives you a large shade area. We've been making it into our outdoor room, with decor, plants, furniture etc.
Today we ordered a misting system to add to it. We're in so. California, and it gets Hot here.
The manufacturer is Academy. They sell these at their website for $99.
If it lasts and looks good for a few years, then I'm happy.

UPDATE: Two years later--sun damage, loose stitching, cracking/marbling throughout canvas top, water pools whenever it rains
We purchased this as a shade for our backyard in the very temperate Pacific Northwest (Seattle area). After pricing out other similar products, we decided to go with this one based on price and reviews. Two years ago we spent $186 dollars on it (the price has come down since then). We also bought a set of weights to go over the "feet" so that it wouldn't fly into our neighbor's yard, should it be windy. With most days of the year here being between 40-60 degrees, 70 degrees feels hot to us. The first summer, in 2016, we used it for nearly two months. Last year it was outside for a month. We needed to take it to a family reunion first and then used it for the remainder of the summer.
When I pulled it out of its carrying case this year, I remembered all of the cracking over the canvas of the product. There are small holes through the entirety of the canvas. While it's a small thing and still usable, it does have a two-year warranty on it and that had previously played into our decision to purchase it. (Please see pictures). The structure itself is very sturdy. It weighs 53 pounds so it's a two person job to put it up or take it down (or one person with a sore back, two days later). When I realized that the product was still under warranty and asked for a replacement canvas top, they pushed back with first, "Did I fill out the warranty registration card?" (Gulp. No.). Second, after submitting pictures and showing the wear and tear, they pushed back that this is meant to be taken down and not left up. Because it was left out when it rained, that rendered the warranty useless. I'm sorry, this weighs 53 pounds. This isn't the sort of structure that is taken down and put back up each day. There are more temporary, less expensive and lighter structures that one can buy for those purposes (garage sales, get-togethers, etc.).
Would I buy this again, knowing what I know now? Definitely not. The metal structure is great but the product itself is only as good as the canvas on top of it. Customer service put everything back on me and looked for ways to nullify the warranty. I would go with a company like Costco who stands behind their products and only sells quality pieces in the first place.
NOTE: The fabric used is the same stuff used for windshield sun protectors. For the price, I would hope for a heavier duty fabric with better sun protection. Also, the last pictures show the design flaw when it rains. The water pools on all four sides and we have to push it out to not tear the fragile fabric.
