I live in Decatur IL and I decided I wanted free channels I've tried other less quality antennas in the past, but let me tell ya. You get what you pay for. The antenna Web YouTube videos websites helped me out picking the right antenna.Its mounted 20 ft on my old dish tripod with supplied braket. It comes with 3 way splitter and 4G 3g/amplifier. I used my existing directv cable line runs and installation was easily after your done check the Websites for were your towers are located and point it then make sure you position it to get as many channels as possible.My results were 25 channels during the day and I re scanned at night and pulled in a total of 32 channels. But anyhow I would recommend this product. Also it is weather resistant and uv resistant.

Just hooked the antenna up. Set in on top of a high shelf in the living room. Received all broadcast stations in the area in 1080P. Amazing!

Awesome antana, the picture quality is better than any providers looks like a blu-ray.
So many that I am getting the same programs from different towers so I had to hide a good number of these channels from showing

I have this thing hanging 40 ft in a tree and it picks up 50 channels. So many that I am getting the same programs from different towers so I had to hide a good number of these channels from showing up... but my picture is razor sharp.. hope it gives you an idea of how to hang it super high if you have a tree near the house. I used plastic ties and carefully made a cage around the antenna. I trashed all the other stuff that came with the antenna. Used slingshot, nut, fishing line, kite string and then rope to pull antenna to top of a tree!
