So far so good. I do suggest you read instructions first as you can catch your fingers easily if you are not careful. Bag is a great addition and fits in my closet. I use it as an attic ladder

Great product. Compact, and yet extends to 10.5'. Very easy to extend and retract.
Velcro strap to secure it closed when done, and a handy storage bag with hand slot for easy carrying. Bought for use with our camper...easily reach the top of the slide out or bunks to clean off before closing up. And stores in a minimal amount of space (only about 20" wide, 36" high and 3-4" thick).

Great ladder for keeping in my camper van.

I used this ladder for the first time recently. I purchased it to carry in my camper van. I can lift it and really love the bag that came with it, That has both a shoulder strap and a hand opening that makes carrying the ladder very easy for me. I used it to reach the top of my van which is over 8 feet tall and it felt sturdy. I am extremely pleased with this ladder for it's purpose. I won't be using this ladder all the time but need it anytime I need to reach the top of my van.

Really like this ladder, I am over 200 lbs and have used it many times without a problem the last month. Seems to be very well made and safe.
