Clumps can be dealt with, carb inconsequential

OK, it does have a clumping problem, but I strain it through a light cloth. One extra slightly messy step but worth it and then no clumps.
I am doing a keto program with no gallbladder and it is challenging to find fats that don't bother me. I can't do mct oil at all but I can tolerate and enjoy the mct oil powder just fine. I can tolerate dairy fats too but I want to diversify from saturated fat so this is a good way to diversify.
Someone mentioned it has too many carbs. I use 2 teaspoons in my coffee which is 5 grams, 1 carb. I think the appetite suppressing value is an OK exchange for 1 carb. Tastes great!

No Upset Tummy

I was using liquid MCT oil and having considerable stomach upset. I finally stopped using it because I was tired of having my stomach hurt every morning but missed the obvious benefits. Since switching to powder MCT oil I have not had any of the stomach upset I experienced with the liquid. This powder mixes beautifully, has no taste and leaves no nasty oily residue in my cup. That oily residue from MCT liquid ruined several of my plastic insulated cups!
Clumps up and floats to the top no matter how much you stir it.

It basically has no taste and has a neat little scoop that makes it easy to use. The only issue that I have is that it clumps up and floats to the top some, no matter how much you stir it in your hot coffee or tea.
I can't stand it when it sticks to my lip and I try to scoop it off with a spook and toss it in the trash.
I don't see any other complaints of this so maybe its just my bag but the expiration date shows that it is still good.
Anyway, it does act as coffee creamer and lightens the coffee or tea and has no taste. I will not use it again as I think that the plain MCT oil is easier to use without the clumps.

Tasteless but of questionable value

The product is tasteless. It dissolves similar to a powdered creamer. I've tried it only in coffee. I suspect it would not dissolve well in a cold beverage. The reason for 4 and not 5 is that after two weeks I still have not noticed any beneficial effects. If after going through my two packages I still have not experienced a benefit I will not reorder.

This has to be one of the greatest things i have ever found! I use this in my tea, smoothies, and sometime my yogurt. It gives me a boost of energy especially in the mornings, where it is needed most. Blends well into anything and its low carb which helps me on my ketogenic woe. It also is an amazing creamer for the college student in the house. Keeps her focused and replaces the nasty trans fat filled coffee creamers she used before. Thank you Opportuniteas for bringing us a wonderful, healthy product. This is a new staple in our home. We cant go without it!
