The media could not be loaded. Pretty easy to put together just be aware that the longer plastic connectors are for the bottom! It's pretty sturdy for being made out of plastic. It looks pretty good in my living room (no more space in my bedroom cause it's also filled with shoes ðŸ¤). Haven't had an issue with missing parts, seems like all the parts were there. Did come with a spare connection. Overall a pretty nice product! Gave 4 stars cause it doesn't have much space for combat boots to fit without bending them.
