Beautiful functional item, I have used disposable chafing pans for many years and finally upgraded, and wish I had done this years ago. These pans hold heat so much better, especially with the lid that fits. These are aesthetically just so pretty. I read other reviews/ google and felt comfortable trying to bake right in this pan, and it went very well. No issues with putting it in my oven and cooked easily. I should say I have an extra large oven, so maybe measure first? But temperature was not a factor. I also purchased the round version of this, and will certainly add to my new collection.
