I used this for a seashell pasta bar for a children's birthday party. Each square held a pound of pasta. I did three flavors (marinara, mac n cheese, and butter noodles). I had just returned the Elite Gourmet crockpot because it was damaged and did not heat up well. So I had very low expectations that this piece would be usable. It arrived in a beat-up box that had obviously been returned, was jammed in and poorly taped up. But, as it was 9:30 Thanksgiving Eve, I was out of options. To my surprise, the server itself was in great shape, and kept all 3 dishes very hot for 5 hours. Not warm, but hot like things were fresh out of the oven. It's not all that sturdy, but it's an attractive piece and did a great job.

So happy with this purchase. Bought this for a Graduation party and plan to use it for holidays going forward. We used it for a taco bar. It holds a great amount of food and keeps it warm very well. I was disappointed that it arrived with a few dents but it worked great.
I also wish it came with options of one two or three compartments. I would've loved that even more. We needed three for the party though.
