Purchased this thermometer 6 months ago and it has never given accurate results. I can take them with the ear or forehead and neither are remotely close. Ear will read L while forehead will read 97.1. I have cleaned the temperature sensor as described in the product literature and also made sure that the forehead is clean. I would not buy this again.

My son had a fever seizure because this crap would not give me an accurate reading!! This is a terrible item to rely on!!! I had to use an old thermometer because this one kept saying he was ok but he felt hot!!! I'm very angry and disappointed in this product!!
