Some Joe Gorilla tighted the oil filter's plastic cap like it was a head bolt. My normal bandclamp style tool just kept slipping. Bought this tool, it was delivered next day, took it off with some gentle persuasion, no issues at all. This tool fits the cap snuggley so I was not concerned about it snapping the plastic.
