Real Grass Fed Beef

I called Mount Pleasant Beef Company to follow-up on my order and asked them how much grass could there be in Texas for them to raised 100% grass fed cows. When I ended the conversation I felt stupid and guilty because I have bought beef from them before and the taste and textured of the beef is undeniably grass fed. I grew-up eating grass fed beef in the Dominican Republic because that was all we had. Grain feeding back them did not exist. The Mount Pleasant Beef brought back those memories of my childhood. The beef is so fresh and the taste is hardy and earthy that I immediately knew it was the true beef. I have bought beef from other company that claimed to be grass-fed beef but they can not be compared to the freshness of Mount Pleasant Beef Company. I am so glad that someone is delivering what they promised.

Inedible. This meat is apparently filled with cartilage or similar matter and is nearly impossible to chew. I gave it two tries, but the meat is very poor in quality. They are definitely putting more than meat in this product. I hope that the owners of this company will try the meat themselves and get it right.
