Use them to made homemade protein bars, etc.

I purchased 3 of these forms to make things like homemade granola and protein bars and I have to say I absolutely love them!!!! I have not baked anything in them yet because the bars I've made so far are no-bake but I'm very pleased with the forms and happy with my purchase. Initially, I was a little worried about purchasing because I couldn't tell from the description if they were made from metal or silicon and I also couldn't tell from the picture (they ARE made from a stiff silicon, NOT metal - yay). I would definitely order again!
