I was a little nervous after reading the reviews to purchase this bag. But after using it for a few weeks I can finally say that it's holding up great and nicely padded. It stands up straight even emptied. The only slight issue is the straps for the back are very small but everything else is great. There's a lot of pockets with in the bag to hold any small to 15" laptop devices or something including laptops.

THIS BACKPACK IS JUST SO USEFUL AND STURDY.
Just buy it. The size is perfect. The high number of pockets is great. The quality is great.
It even has a secret side pocket that I didn't know about until my third use.

I've been using this bag for 2 months. The zippers appear sturdy though one set has the pulls twist and get stuck sideways. They are then difficult to zip if you don't straighten them out first. Not a huge deal but gets annoying sometimes. The straps are attached well and the fabric appears sturdy. I like that the bag looks more professional than a regular backpack.
The bag is a great size as I have a smaller build (5' 4", 135lbs) and it fits my shoulders/torso without being too wide or too long. It holds my laptop and random stuff I take to/from work with space to spare. I also flew with it (my original reason for buying) and it worked great. It was nice to have my hands free and to have my laptop not sitting in a bag over one shoulder.

I have had this backpack for months now and has held up really well. Still has a new backpack smell to it. As I am a college student, I carry around a lot of heavy books, etc. Really love it and would highly recommend.

Very attractive backpack, well padded in the right places, nice carrying handle. The pockets are lined which makes it a bit heavier, but my previous bag turned sticky, not from anything I put in it. The coating on the fabric deteriorated and was a mess. I don't expect that to happen with this bag. Pockets are well planned, and the whole bag is well thought out. I love the water bottle pockets. My 24 oz. cycling bottle fits fine. Heavy-duty zippers.
