I bought this (regular support cushion, NOT the "Soft" support cushion) to use in the car, as well as in an electric scooter, for a Disney trip. I get a lot of low back pain when driving more than 45 minutes to an hour or sitting in a scooter at theme parks all day.
This is the perfect size for what I was needing and it's not too thick to push me too far forward. It's very comfortable and easy to adjust where I need it, the strap also seems to be quite sturdy and adjustable, with a little bit of a rubber strip on one side to keep it from sliding..... Although no need for strap in car. The only one thing I can say slightly negative, is that it was "almost" a little too soft after using it for a bit. It's a memory foam so it does squish in a bit more than expected especially under my weight (277 lbs), HOWEVER, it still stayed supportive enough and didn't push me too far forward in my scooter. I am also using it on my sofa while watching TV.
