-- I found that one (of three) "memory foam" pads in the cover was all the bump I wanted in my lower back... As another review mentioned, after 8 hours of in and out (mostly in) of the car, the pad was flat as a pancake! It took THREE FULL DAYS of sitting to regain it's original thickness. I should think regular low to medium density foam would work much better and be consistent. Memory foam (especially cheap stuff) is NOT for everthing LOL.
-- Another issue mentioned elsewhere is the lack of a zipper pull on the case. Actually, the reason for this is obvious. Being on the back center of the case, a pull could conceivably damage/mark up a seat's upholstery. Makes perfect sense to me!

Super adjustable and just what I needed

As a very short person (5 foot, 0 inches), it's very hard to find a back support that works with me. I also have a spine injury that doesn't like a lot of pressure. Most lumbar or back cushions are larger than 2 inches (averaging at 4 inches in thickness to 5 inches) and that is too big for the small of my back. I love this one since I can take out one cushion and adjust it to my needs. The elastic band is adjustable and wraps around the back of my chair easily. I like the different firmness options and its very adjustable. I'm saving up to buy a second one because it works so well for my needs.
Pictured: the adjustable strap for the back (it does not come with a clasp, but it does have a section that allows you to tighten or loosen the strap), the medium pillow, the relax support pillow encased in it's cover (holding the small cushion, I love that I can customize the firmness of the cushion that gets into contact with the small of my back) and the medium pillow on top of it (I want to buy a second relax support so I can also put this in the cover and have it secured to my chair, extra cushions are awesome too!), as well as the back of the relax support cover, featuring the zipper in the middle of the cover. I would have preferred the zipper on top or on the bottom, but it's not really a hindrance in putting the cushions inside. Overall, excellent product, especially for shorter people who struggle to find something fit to their needs. Thanks for making this!

This is one of the best lumbar support pillows I've tried! I have a herniated disc in my lower back so sitting in an office chair or for a long car ride can give me back pain. There are several features I like about this pillow that set it above others. First, it comes with three different firmness level inserts you can change out to find the one comfortable for you (hard, medium and soft) Second, it has a strap to attach to your chair and comes with an extender that adjusts to make it fit different chait backs. It stays in place once you find that sweet spot. I would recommend another set of hands to help you put it on so its easier. The stitching on the case looks like good quality and it arrived carefully packaged. I tried it first with the medium and then the hard support inserts. I found that the hard helped me keep my posture upright. The medium might be more comfortable for long drives though. Two inserts fit inside at once so I'll pack both for our roundtrip anf update which one worked best. I also like the size of this support though I can see others not liking it if you're looking for something for total back support. This size is just right to target your lower lumbar but will not support your entire back.

My recliner is built such that the back allows my shoulders to round which causes pain there my neck. With this pad adjusted to the proper thickness placed on the back of my chair allows my shoulders to relax back and is much more comfortable. The pain has been relieved in my shoulders and neck. The only downside which is minimal is that the strap is not long enough to go around my Lazyboy recliner. So I bought a strap for additional length and it works great! I have another one for my car for the same reason but the strap IS long enough to go around the back of that seat. The price is right and I highly recommend this product!
