Not “white†colored.....

The color of this vest is not "white" as stated in the product description. It is cream/very, very pale yellow. The material is very flimsy, soft, smooth and so will pack well for trips. Common texture for bamboo clothing. My bamboo bed sheets are the same way. This does also mean that it can wrinkle easily when folded or creased. I would rather it be true white, but overall still pleased w the product.

I ordered what is called "olive". It's a pale spring-like leaf green. I can't use this because it's not a neutral shade at all, and too pale and summery. On the plus side, it's nice and soft and lightweight - I'd hoped to layer it over some of my winter clothes. Our climate is quite warm, and it's difficult to find lightweight layering pieces suitable for winter. This color is definitely spring/summer.
