I've been a satisfied customer for over ten years but the onions in last two shipments have been much too large.. This results in fewer onions of poorer quality. The outer skin has the consistency of paper and the rest is less tender than a smaller onion. Looks like an accountant took over the business.
My wife commented that they look like ping pong balls which is a bit of an exaggeration.

I just received the incredible Tipsy Onions by Sable and Rosenfeld. I have buying them for years and they are the absolute best. My husband loves them with his Tipst Olives in his nightly martini. Nothing better out their to match the flavor of these nice plump onions that soak in vermouth in their jar. Yum!!
