Made from olives grown in ideal conditions, using traditional methods, Montebello olive oil has a smooth, rich taste that makes any food better. I don't cook with it--I like to water saute and braise my meat and veggies. So I add it at the end of the cooking. Use it on cooked greens together with lemon, salt and pepper. Also wonderful with salads, of course.
