With a visual observation of the curtain in this photo, it is obvious it will never meet U.S. Fire Codes ( NFPA-701 ) for Healthcare facilities. This is typical of a medical curtain made in China, they don't fully understand U.S. requirements. Any U.S. fire marshal, in every jurisdiction, will not allow less than 70% open factor of top-mesh and the apparent 6"-8" vertical drop down of fabric shown in the photo will automatically eliminate it....the 20" vertical from sprinkler head, 70% open factor, is U.S. code. Also, curtain must come with U.S. certificate certifying fabric meets NFPA fire codes for Healthcare. Be sure you receive that certificate if you purchase these curtains or they will not be of any value to you. And, as a side warning, if you should decide to hang a curtain without meeting NFPA requirements your liability in a court of law is without limit....your corporation designation will not protect you from liability.
