Buy the broth but skip the K-cup version.

They taste great but going forward I will order the individual stick packets instead of the k-cups. I have gotten in the habit of cutting my k-cups open after I make the broth because I have noticed the first few times I used them that not all of the broth is flushed out of the cup by the Keurig. I have cut open one prior to use to see how much is in there and it appears that often about 20% to 50% will remain in the K-cup. I also set mine for the largest cup possible of the 3 sizes on my machine to ensure enough water flows through to extract the broth. Do not bother with the K-cups they may cost the same as the individual packets but because of how they work you will not get an equal amount of product in your cup.
Best Tasting Bone Broth Powder ... I love mine with a splash of hot sauce. !!!!!! Kick the Coffee.

I have been Bone Broth intermittent fasting and this is by far the most tastie beef bone broth powder that I have tired. I found this is so much more satisfying in the morning instead of coffee. It has given me more energy and there is no crash that you would get from drinking coffee. This also has helped me cut down on my sugar intake that I would normally have 1st thing in the morning. I drink about 2-3 drink of the bone broth and a nice salad at the end of the day and I feel so much lighter and healthier. After a week I am down 5lbs. There is no bloating or head fog that you would get from wheat products. I look forward to trying the Thai flavor.
