I'm not really accident prone, but I tend to bump my shins and thighs on random things and since I bruise relatively easily, my legs start to look sad and keep me from wanting to wear shorts in public. This stuff is pretty impressive. I haven't done any science based tests or anything, but I'd estimate that it cuts down my bruising in about half the time compared to not using anything. I had a nasty bruise the size of my palm from a sports injury that faded to greenish yellow within a day or so and was gone within another day or two after that. I love this product. At my age I bruise really easy and sometime it takes months for it to heal. This product had it completely gone in 14 days! The 3rd pic is the first day I started using the product the 2nd is 7 days in and the 1st was 14 days! Seeing is believing! This bruise I had been trying to fade for over a month and it only took 14 days with this product! I find that the sooner I use the product on a bruise the quicker it works. So if you can put the cream on as soon as you bruise it starts fading almost immediately! You will see a difference the next day.
