Unit cries wolf all the time alleging motion when there is none.

Almost daily false alarm of alleged motion when the house is empty and no pets. When it cries wolf so often, it makes it worthless. The temperature sensor part of the unit works good.

Consistent, excellent, unobstrusive. Just be aware that pets will trigger them, so placement is key.

Great sensor! Smaller than I thought it would be, which is great because it was able to be placed in a location that wasn't overly obvious. Sensor seems to respond quickly and consistently. Temperature works well also. My only complaint is that the battery (new out of the box) was not fully charged but was at 79%... These drain very slow over a long period of time so not overly concerned about the battery. Would be nice if the device was immune to pet motion, but it is not. That was known when I purchased so I cannot complain about that... just buyer be aware of that detail. Overall a great sensor and I would buy again.
Great alternative to smartthings sensor.

I have motion sensors all over my house. When I go to someone else's house, I get mildly offended that lights don't just turn on everywhere I go :-) I really appreciate this sensor as a replacement for gen1 smartthings sensors because the new ones made by smartthings have a very limited range and I find I need to buy 2 or 3 to have the same coverage as their original. Thankfully I tried this one, and it has a nice range and sensitivity, my pets need light too :-)

I had this device set up in minutes on my SmartThings system. Using it to control lights in my basement laundry room with a SmartApp and it works perfect. I bought this brand because it uses the same battery as my Nest sensors and other ST sensors. The new version of the ST device uses a different battery.
