Good substitute for people who need to watch their carbs. They need to be thoroughly washed, and then cooked as directed. They take the flavor from whatever food you mix them with. Not good on their own

I like that it is zero carb. Be forewarned, It is also zero taste and a little rubbery. It must be rinsed well before use because, straight out of the package, it smells like a fish market. It is mostly something to hold up the spaghetti sauce.

Excellent product especially if you are Carb counting. Great with spaghetti sauce and some grated cheese. Consistency slightly different than Normal spaghetti but allows you to have minimal Carbs (only 7 carbs per package).

Oh my. I so wanted to like these. Tried the spaghetti last night. Smelled funny, but after rinsing it was better. Put on spaghetti sauce and Parmesan. It might have tasted okay at that point, but the texture of these noodles is just...weird. The only word I can think of to describe it is "bouncy." I'm not that picky, but I just can't eat this. I'm going to cut my losses on this one, and continue searching for a good low-carb pasta.
