I have a 2 year old pit bull who LOVES to chew, we've gone through so many toys and chews, I've tried them all. Nylon toys have been just okay and he gets sick of them pretty quickly, or they start to get dangerously sharp. This was recommended by a vet as the deer antler he had is apparently too hard for his teeth. This is durable but has some give, it really is like a stick without the breakage. He chews on this every night before bed, and it's his new favorite toy. If I forget to bring it to bed, he goes out and hunts it down! He's had it for about a month and it's still going strong, a little bit of wear on one end but I think it could easily be sanded down if it gets too sharp. I highly recommend this to anyone with an aggressive chewer, for the money, quality, durability, and apparent enjoyability. Neville approves!

This is very durable and a favorite bone for our strong chewer. She is a 65 lb black lab mix and has gone through other brand bones marketed for "strong chewers" in a day or less. She has been using this one for over 6 months daily and it is still going strong! I estimate it to last her for another year at least! She does chew off small pieces that are a bit plastic-y but not as sharp or bad as some other chews of this type. I would recommend! Babe gives it two paws up!

My large breed dog is an extremely heavy destructive chewer. Having bought many "durable" toys in the past that didn't last longer than a day, this bone caught my eye. I wasn't interested in typical bones that can start to splinter bone shards so this was perfect.
My dog immediately fell in love with it and the smell. I'm happy to say this bone has held up for months now. It does start to lose small pieces of plastic, but it's not a lot compared to other similar bones. Some similar bones would leave plastic pieces all over my rugs. For the price this bone is well worth it and I plan on buying it again.

We have a 110+ lb Mastiff mix. He's chewing on it but he seems to be almost overwhelmed by it.😄
We're going to keep it (he's chewed on it + that makes it a gross thing to return), plus, he does like it, so I just ordered the medium sized Mesquite bone for him. I think that'll work for him. In fact, he'll love it. He's a rescue + has always preferred smaller chew toys since we adopted him 2 yrs ago.. He's actually gentle with his toys.
These bones are high quality + well designed I can't wait to receive + give him the smaller sized bone. (he knows + waits for the Amazon truck).
