I'm not kidding you. Within an hour of taking this I felt a shift in my body. I thought nahhhh. But let me tell you there is something powerful about this oil. This is an excellent Black Seed Oil. I'm on the Keto diet and I was recommended to start taking this in addition to MCT Oils. This is very good quality and easy to swallow capsules. Black Seed Oil, if one researches it, is effective at many things in the body. All I can tell is that if you take this on a Keto diet combined with intermittent fasting, be prepared to see the fat disappear especially in the lower abdominal area.

I had heard good things about black seed oil and all the things it was good for. The one thing that interested me was what it could do for hair loss. I had been losing more hair than usual lately, so I thought I would try black seed oil. I wasn't expecting to see much of a difference, but within the first week of taking it my hair loss slowed down. I am impressed and will continue to use black seed oil everyday.

I really love these pills it dose wonders for the body. I did some research and this is suppose to be a miracle pill that's a cure for everything except for death. It prevents cancer, diabetes, infections and is good for skin, hair loss, weight loss, liver health etc...I must say, I had inflammation and pain in my knee before taking these pills I started taking them, and now there is no swelling and i am pain free. You can start see results in about two weeks, Just 1-2 pills a day is all you need. I will continue to purchase these. I bought a bottle for my mom I know her health will improve. I highly recommend these pills
